Moeen Counselling Centre presents: a workshop in cognitive–existential psychotherapy (cognitive existential therapy)
Cognitive–existential psychotherapy can be seen as a unique, integrated approach that draws on the benefits of combining cognitive theory and existential theory in understanding the pathology of anxiety and depressive disorders, to help people facing life-threatening situations and threats to life’s fundamental meanings.
Taught by: Dr Bahman Bahmani, PhD in counselling, associate professor and faculty member, University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences.
For students at master’s level and above in counselling and clinical psychology.
Length: 34 hours.
Participants receive a certificate of attendance.
When: Thursdays, 8.30 am to 1.30 pm
